On November 16th, Mr. Xie Bingkun, Chairman of Kuncai, and his delegation were invited to attend the signing ceremony of the "Color Joint Development Cooperation" agreement between HKP and Kuncai, as well as the inauguration ceremony for the "Color Joint Development Application Laboratory". They witnessed the delivery and showcase of the first batch of new annual automotive color trends developed jointly by both parties.

Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the development trends of the automotive coatings industry, technological innovation, automotive color trends, and the core issues of joint technological development and resource integration. They also explored further in-depth cooperation in product development, technological innovation, and market expansion in the future.

Mr. Wang Bing, Director and Executive Deputy General Manager of HKP, welcomed the arrival of Mr. Xie Bingkun and his delegation, and shared some recent developments of HKP. He introduced the newly established HKP Research Institute, which focuses on industry development trends and customer needs, carries out targeted new product development, and emphasizes the development of forward-looking technologies and products.

Mr. Xie Bingkun detailed the company's development in recent years, industrial layout, competitive situation in the industry, R&D strategy, latest technologies, product application center, and Kuncai Pearlescent Metaverse. He also discussed and planned the advantages and cooperation prospects of Kuncai's titanium dioxide and iron oxide products.

Both parties reached a consensus on the "development strategy" of technological innovation and will join forces in resource integration, technological cooperation, innovative applications, and color development for in-depth cooperation and development.

HKP introduced the development history and increasing growth of cooperation with Kuncai.

Kuncai introduced the inspiration, color story, and results of the "Boundless Journey" 2025 automotive color trends jointly designed by both parties.

Both parties signed the "Color Joint Development Cooperation Agreement" based on the principles of "mutual benefit, mutual advantage, stability, permanence, efficiency, and quality". They agreed to jointly promote color joint development, comprehensively carry out cooperation and technological innovation, and jointly contribute to the future development of the automotive coatings industry.

The establishment of the HKP & Kuncai Joint Development Application Laboratory at the HKP Research Institute marks a new stage in the field of technological innovation cooperation for both parties.
